Objective
The objective of the course is to give the participants a basic understanding of important labour market legislation in Sweden as well as an understanding of the relations between the parties on the labour market.
Target group
The course is aimed at non-Swedish managers who need a basic introduction to the Swedish labour market.
Previous knowledge
The course is on a basic level and the participants do not need any previous knowledge about the Swedish labour market.
